Usually, provided the system exposes a suitable API, event, database, file, or controlled interface. We assess the real integration surface and permissions before committing to an architecture.

Do we need to replace legacy systems first?

No. The integration layer can often preserve existing systems while improving the workflow around them. We recommend replacement only when the current system prevents a reliable or supportable design.

How are access and permissions controlled?
