AI Systems Integration
Connect AI to the systems, data, permissions, and workflows where business operations already happen.
What this service solves
AI creates little operational value when it sits outside the systems where work is recorded and decisions are executed. Useful systems need governed access to the right business context and a controlled way to read, write, calculate, notify, and escalate across the existing stack.
Mesograde designs the integration layer around the workflow rather than around a single model vendor. We connect AI capabilities to enterprise applications, databases, documents, cloud services, identity systems, and internal APIs while preserving permissions, observability, and failure handling.
When Mesograde is a strong fit
- Employees copy information manually between ERP, CRM, email, documents, and spreadsheets.
- An AI prototype cannot access the context or tools required to complete real work.
- Legacy and modern systems need to participate in one governed workflow.
- Security teams need control over what an AI system can see and do.
Target outcomes
- AI grounded in current operational data and system state
- Reduced manual handoffs and duplicate data entry
- Vendor-flexible architecture across models and cloud platforms
- Permission-aware actions with monitoring, retries, and auditability

How we approach ai systems integration
What guides the work
Integrate against business responsibilities, not merely available APIs.
Apply least-privilege access and explicit action boundaries.
Design for partial failure, changing systems, and long-term operability.
Applied solutions
Where this capability is used
WhatsApp order automation
Turn customer orders arriving through WhatsApp into structured, validated work that can update ERP, inventory, and fulfilment systems without losing human oversight.
Document processing automation
Extract, validate, route, and apply information from business documents while preserving source evidence, deterministic controls, and human review.
Approval workflow automation
Bring requests, policy, evidence, and decision history into controlled approval workflows that accelerate routine cases and expose real risk.

Practical questions
Questions buyers usually need resolved
Can Mesograde integrate with our existing ERP or CRM?
Usually, provided the system exposes a suitable API, event, database, file, or controlled interface. We assess the real integration surface and permissions before committing to an architecture.
Do we need to replace legacy systems first?
No. The integration layer can often preserve existing systems while improving the workflow around them. We recommend replacement only when the current system prevents a reliable or supportable design.
How are access and permissions controlled?
We apply least-privilege access, separate read and write authority, validate consequential actions, and retain logs and approval points appropriate to the workflow.
