Information we receive

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to provide. Our hosting provider may also process standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps, for security and service operation.

Aggregate website analytics

We use self-hosted analytics to count visits to approved pages and predefined case and workshop-stage selections. The analytics script uses no cookies or browser identifiers and does not send form answers, workbook contents, prototype URLs, query strings or referrers. Our collector does not forward visitor IP addresses or browser details to the analytics database. Event records are retained for up to 90 days. The script respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

The participant workbook saves your responses locally in your browser so you can continue your work. Those responses are not submitted to Mesograde through analytics. Clearing browser storage removes the saved workbook.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess potential engagements, provide requested services, maintain the security and reliability of the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
