Why we exist

Traditional software economics often make purpose-built systems too expensive to develop and maintain. Businesses then turn to generic SaaS and adapt their operations to software designed for the market average. Mesograde uses agentic development to change those economics, making software shaped around the business viable for more operational problems.

How we operate

AI nativity is an operating model, not a label. We apply AI and agents throughout research, design, engineering, testing, documentation, and maintenance while keeping people responsible for architecture, judgement, and acceptance. We use the same model internally that we bring to client work.

Chio Ting Kiat (TK)

Founder & CEO

TK leads Mesograde across business discovery, solution design, technical delivery, and ongoing operations. His background combines experience working with B2B technology customers across SME and enterprise environments with formal training in technology and business.

He studied Computer Science and Business Analytics at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, specialising in AI and Data Science. He founded Mesograde on the belief that AI-native development can make well-designed, purpose-built business software practical beyond the largest enterprises.
